Training officers and sailors is extremely important. We have a systematic method to assess and enhance the competence of our team, based on specific standards onboard our clients’ vessels. The goal is to improve operational performance by establishing competency standards for the seafaring team. These requirements are defined in the STCW Convention (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) and are emphasized in the company’s policies.
We comply with the requirements of the Vietnamese Government and the Vietnam Maritime Administration by the Vietnamese Government’s Decree 29/2017/ND-CP (amended by Article 1 of Decree 147/2018/ND-CP) for the training facilities of seafarers on merchant ships. Our training facilities ensure the following conditions:

1. The physical infrastructure and training equipment comply with the national technical standards issued by the Minister of Transport.

2. Certification of an appropriate quality management system according to ISO standards.

3. An electronic database manages the professional certificates of maritime seafarers for reference, as stipulated by the STCW Convention

We are currently in the process of establishing a joint venture/collaboration with one of the leading online/offline training providers in Singapore and the Philippines.

We collaborate with major seafarer training centers in Vietnam

And there is also a lot of collaboration and assistance from experienced captains and officers
Sailors planning to join a vessel will undergo computer-based training modules. These modules will cover basic to advanced training needs.
